The problem
A broken system costing drivers millions
Driving and car ownership were meant to become simpler through technology. Instead, they have become more complex.
What was designed to deliver convenience has evolved into a fragmented landscape of apps, ecosystems, platforms and accounts. Each operator has its own rules, its own portal, its own charging structure and its own interpretation of regulation and policy. There is no consistency — only layers of systems that don’t speak to each other.
On a single long journey, drivers may need five or more apps. They navigate dozens of operators, each with different payment methods, registration requirements, pricing models and compliance rules. The same technology that promised seamless mobility now demands constant monitoring, logging in, updating details and cross-checking accounts.
Inconsistent regulation and ever-changing policies add further confusion. Charging structures vary widely and are rarely transparent. Deadlines differ. Notifications arrive across multiple platforms. Small administrative oversights can trigger disproportionate consequences.
ARRAiVO’s purpose is to remove these avoidable costs and make ownership easier.
The solution
One platform, zero avoidable cost
ARRAiVO unites all core driving obligations in one place:
-
Tolls, ULEZ, congestion
-
Airport drop‑offs
-
Parking and EV charging
-
Insurance, MOT, tax and servicing reminders
-
Automated, error‑proof payment
Where competitors specialise in narrow slices of the journey, ARRAiVO covers it end‑to‑end. No other platform offers this level of integration.
We see every fee that shouldn't exist - and we've designed the system to eliminate it.
Market opportunity
The largest driver segment is underserved
The market is flooded with partial solutions for fleets, fuel cards or single categories like parking.
But the private driver - commuting, travelling on holiday or just getting around — the group carrying the weight of avoidable fines — is almost completely unserved.
We are going after the biggest, most frustrated, most economically harmed segment.
And we’re doing it with a purpose‑built platform that grows more defensible with every integration.
Business model
Built to save drivers more than they pay
Proposed pricing models
-
Basic (Free) — essential protections for every driver
-
Intermediate (£10/year) — automated toll/ULEZ handling
-
Professional (£40/year) — full automation, saving upwards of £500 per year
Operator discounts
ARRAiVO takes 70% of negotiated operator discounts, creating a high‑margin shared incentive to reduce driver costs.
Partnerships
Insurers, banks, servicing networks, National Highways — all aligned with our mission to remove unnecessary driver spend.
Expansion
UK → Europe → US, each with fragmented mobility systems ripe for cost elimination
Progress
We're building our prototype app and proof of concept
We’re moving quickly to build our first app prototype and proof of concept to validate real customer demand and prove we’ve built something people genuinely want. Our focus right now is simple: demonstrate product-market fit and show that drivers and fleet operators will actively adopt a solution that removes friction, reduces cost and simplifies a fragmented ecosystem.
At the same time, we’re developing strategic relationships with key providers across the mobility landscape and engaging large-scale fleets to partner with us in the proof of concept. That gives us live, high-volume validation and strengthens our commercial foundations from day one.
We’re also building a strong, purpose-driven team to bring the platform to market later this year. Alongside execution, we’re spending time deeply understanding the UK market — and opportunities beyond — getting under the skin of our customers to properly size the problem and the scale of the opportunity.
